The medal is of the second type and remains in a good worn condition! Nice medal for the Capture of Berlin with no repairs, no damage. The document is numbered 250725 and awarded on the 4th of October 1945. The medal and document have been awarded to Red Army Captain Volodymyr Konstantinovitsj Denisenko. Nice original document. Great one of a kind set!
